This free tool does two things for you: it estimates your monthly merchant account costs and optionally, gives you the ability to compare two quotes.
What type of merchant account is this estimate for? This tool can estimate costs for retail, ecommerce and mail or telephone order accounts.
How much will you process? Average monthly volume is simply the total amount of credit card sales you expect to process in a month.
How much is each sale? Put your best guess here. Average sales order is used to calculate how many orders you'll process each month.
The qualified rate is usually the lowest rate you will incur when accepting a credit card. Enter in a percentage value like 1.69 or 1.99
Sometimes called a partially qualified rate. Enter in a percentage value like 2.19 or 2.59

Sometimes called a statement fee. This fee is associated with the monthly statement that is sent to you at the end of each monthly processing cycle. Usually a flat $5.00 or $10.00
Sometimes called a transaction fee. This fee is charged each time a transaction is sent to the card-issuing bank to be authorized. Usually between $0.10 and $0.35 cents each.
The monthly minimum fee is a way to ensure that you pay a minimum amount in fees each month to cover costs incurred by your provider. Usually $5.00 to $20.00
You'll only need to fill this out if you are accepting credit cards through your website. Like the monthly service fee, it's a flat fee, usually between $10.00 and $20.00 per month.
